This hotel is conveniently located on the Plaza within easy walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants. My only complaint was I had to pay for Internet access. Nice room kids declared " the nicest I've ever stayed in"

Lack of housekeeping - burnt out lights, toilet not scrubbed.

I really liked it and it looked like it would REALLY suit business people well. I was surprised that we had a burnt out light and the toilet looked like it hadn't been scrubbed to remove the ring in awhile, but we had a great time. The hotel was just a short walk from the plaza which is where we wanted to be.

The rooms were a little cold even after we turned up the heat.

The rooms were great even if they were a little cold. Great location. The pool area was very cool and would be awesome in the summer.
